Benjamin Bernard Boateng, the Ghanaian forward, showcased his prowess on the pitch during Al Ittihad’s recent match against Ismaily SC in the Egyptian Premier League, held at the Borg El Arab Stadium.

Boateng’s presence was pivotal to his team’s performance, as he not only started the game but also made significant contributions throughout the match.

Ahead of the game, the head-to-head record between the two teams highlighted the competitive nature of their encounters, with seven wins for Al Ittihad Alexandria, eleven wins for Ismaily SC, and seven draws.

The match itself lived up to expectations, with both teams displaying evenly matched skills and a fierce determination to secure a positive result.

Despite Ismaily SC dominating possession, Al Ittihad Alexandria managed to create more goal-scoring opportunities, showcasing their attacking prowess.

In the 21st minute of the game, Boateng made a decisive impact by slotting home a well-taken left-footed shot from the left side of the six-yard box, finding the bottom left corner of the net. The goal stemmed from a swift counter-attack, with Boateng capitalizing on an assist from Mabululu.

However, Ismaily SC swiftly responded, equalizing the scoreline at 1-1 in the 39th minute with a left-footed shot from Mohamed Bayoumi.

Boateng’s performance in this game further solidified his reputation as a key player for Al Ittihad this season. With 15 appearances, five goals, and one assist in the Egyptian Premier League, Boateng has consistently delivered for his team.

Looking ahead, Al Ittihad Alexandria will turn their focus to their upcoming league fixture against El Gouna FC, aiming to capitalize on their recent performance and secure another positive result.

Boateng’s contributions on the field highlight his importance to the team’s success, serving as a beacon of talent and determination in the Egyptian Premier League.
