Ghanaian forward Bernard Tekpetey concluded the 2022/23 football season in Bulgaria on a triumphant note, clinching two trophies.
Tekpetey, a highly-regarded attacker, was part of the Ludogorets squad that faced Cherno More in the Bulgarian Parva Liga on Wednesday evening.
Although he did not secure a spot in the starting lineup for the final match of the league season, he entered the game in the 85th minute.
His contribution proved valuable as Ludogorets managed to maintain a one-goal lead over Cherno More, securing a crucial three points. The decisive goal came from Matias Tissera in the 50th minute.
This victory secured the Bulgarian top-flight league title for Ludogorets, providing another reason for Bernard Tekpetey and his teammates to celebrate their success.
Adding to his achievements, Tekpetey had also recently lifted the Bulgarian Cup with Ludogorets, further enhancing his season’s accomplishments.
Concluding the campaign with two trophies, Bernard Tekpetey enjoyed an exceptional 2022/23 season, showcasing his talent and contributing significantly to Ludogorets’ success.
He netted eights times, providing nine assists in 23 games in the Parva Liga.
