Ghanaian promising midfielder Nikolas Nartey is set to return to VfB Stuttgart after the expiration of his season-long loan deal with Hansa Rostock.
The Danish-born Ghanaian youth player joined the German third-tier side from Bundesliga II club at the start of the season.
The 20-year-old impressed greatly at the club but wasn’t enough as Hansa Rostock failed to achieve their main target of securing qualification to the second-tier.
They finished 6th on the table, three points behind the qualification mark.
Nartey made a total of 20 appearances across all competitions, scoring one goal and assisting four.
