Ghanaian young forward Ernest Nuamah has reacted to his team’s win in the Denmark Superliga as they fight for the title this season.
The in-form attacker was among the goal scorers as FC Nordsjaelland beat FC Copenhagen in the Denmark Superliga on Monday evening at home.
“I’m very proud of the way we approached the start of the match against FC Copenhagen”, he said after the game.
The young man played 90 minutes of football for the Red and Yellows but was subs during the additional time period of the match.
Martin Frese scored the opening goal of the match to put the hosts 1-0 up after 28 minutes with a beautiful strike to make sure it ended 1-0 to the hosts at the break.
Daniel Svensson scored the second goal for the home team after 59 but Kian Hansen scored an own goal to give the visitors hope after 71 minutes.
Two mminutes to the end of the season match, Nuamah restored the home team’s two goal advantage but Diogo Goncalves scored a late spot kick to make it 3-2.
