Tottenham teenager Leo Black has signed his first professional contract with the Premier League club.
”We are delighted to announce that Leo Black has signed his first professional contract with the Club.” said the Premiership side.
The 18-year-old of Ghanaian descent has been a regular starter for Tottenham’s Under-18s this season, having switched from his previous midfield position to operate in an inverted right-back role at the start of the campaign.
He made his Under-18 Premier League debut for us during the 2021/22 campaign while still a schoolboy, before helping our young side win the Under-17 Premier League Cup last season.
He recently captained the Under-18s for the first time in a thrilling 6-3 win at Southampton – a game in which he scored a stunning long-range goal – while also stepping up to make his debut for our Under-21s in a 1-0 victory against Bristol City in the Premier League Cup.
