Black Meteors attacker Bernard Tekpetey played in the UEFA Champions League for the first time for Bulgarian giants Ludogorets Razgrad.
The former Fortuna Düsseldorf hitman started for the Bulgaria First Professional League team as they beat Montenegro side Buducnort Podgorica 3-1 to advance to the next level of the qualifying rounds.
Tekpetey played 85 minutes and was subbed off to make way for Brazilian Jorginho in the dying embers of the pulsating encounter.
Higinio Marin and Mavis Tchibota scored on the 12th and 25th minutes respectively before Ivor Cukovic scored a consolation for the Montenegrin on the 31st minutes.
Cualy Oliveira Souza made it 3-1 on the night for the Grean and Blacks to progress to the next round of the UEFA Champions League qualifiers.
