Ghanaian forward Bernard Tekpetey says he deserves to be in the current Black Stars squad named recently by head coach Otto Addo.
He said he thinks he deserves to be in the Black Stars team for the upcoming 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Madagascar and Central Africa Republic respectively.
According to him, he thinks God’s time is the best but deserves to be given a chance to shine in the colours of the Black Stars.
“I should have been in this current black stars team because of my performance but God time is the best”, he told Kumasi-based Angel FM.
The former Schalke 04 man played at the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations tournament for Ghana and has since not been given opportunities to play for Ghana.
