Ghanaian midfielder Mohammed Kudus has reacted to his attempt to leave AFC Ajax Amsterdam this summer to English Premier League side Everton FC.
The Ghanaian has admitted that he was going through a tough time at the game as a lot was going on on his mind.
According to the former FC Nordsjaelland player, he stopped going to training there was a lot going on.
He stated that he’s a human and his mental sanity was very important reason he stopped going to training.
“During the time [not training] there was a lot going on. We are humans. Our mental sanity is also important, there was a lot to deal with.”
“I spoke with the coach about it. But now we focus on what’s ahead. I am here and that’s what’s important now”, he told ESPN.
Kudus opened his goal account for AFC Ajax Amsterdam on Saturday afternoon against SC Cambuur at the Johan Cruyff Arena.
