Ghana forward Issah Abass has officially signed with Serbia Super League side Radnički, joining the team from Ub’s Jedinstvo.
The Ghanaian forward, born on September 26, 1998, brings a wealth of European experience, having previously played for clubs in Portugal, the Netherlands, and Germany, including Šaves, Utrecht, Twente, and Mainz.
He has also spent part of his career in the Balkans, representing Olimpija Ljubljana and Rijeka.
“I feel very good, first impressions are extremely positive. I was here before, I am happy to be in Radnicki and I think that there is a completely positive story here. I am familiar with the history of the club and I am honored to be here,” he said.
“I’m ready and willing to do my best to make my mark on the club. I love the town, the people are pleasant and nice. The club is great and I like everything,” Abass added.
Abas has been capped at the youth level for Ghana and is expected to bolster Radnički’s attacking options this season, adding international experience to the squad.
