English League 1 side Morecambe have signed Ghanaian youngster Jacob Mensah on a one-year deal
Mensah, 21, made 26 appearances for National League side Weymouth last season and scored one goal but decided not to extend his contract.
The talented central defender is expected to play a key role in the third tier side this impending season as they seek to qualify for the Championship.
Born in London to Ghanaian parents, Mensah previously also played for the Crystal Palace Academy.
