Ghana Premier League side Medeama Sporting Club have reportedly reduced the price tag of Asante Kotoko target Justice Blay from $100,000 to $50,000.
The Porcupine Warriors are bent on securing the services of the highly-rated midfielder in the ongoing transfer window after impressing greatly during a loan spell last season.
Pure FM in Kumasi reports that Medeama SC has replied Asante Kotoko SC’s official bid of $20,000 via email, indicating they have reduced the Justice Blay price tag from $100,000 to $50,000.

The source further indicated that the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Asante Kotoko, Nana Yaw Amponsah will in the coming days hold crucial talks with officials of Medeama SC to finalize a deal for Justice Blay.
