Asante Kotoko skipper Felix Annan has expressed excitement about the return of football in Ghana.
All football activities in Ghana were suspended in March this year following the Coronavirus Pandemic.
But speaking during his COVID-19 update number 17 on Sunday, September 20, President Nana Addo announced that the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League and the Division One League will start on Friday 30th October 2020.
Annan, who has not played any competitive football for almost Seven months could not hide his joy after President Akufo-Addo announced on Sunday night that football will finally return in the country next month.

Asante Kotoko and Ashantigold SC will present Ghana in next season’s CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup competitions respectively.
