Asante Kotoko defender Patrick Asiedu has emphasized the need for his teammates to maintain full concentration as they prepare to face Berekum Chelsea in the Ghana Premier League this Sunday.
The Porcupine Warriors are set to clash with the Blues in a crucial Week 4 encounter of the 2024/25 Ghanaian top-flight league campaign.
In a pre-match interview, Asiedu, a former Berekum Chelsea player, urged his teammates to bring their best performance to the field. He stressed that Asante Kotoko must remain compact and focused throughout the entire 90 minutes to secure all three points.
“We are going there as lions because the determination with which we are going is very high. What I can say is that the players must stay compact and focus on the game because over there in Berekum, you can easily be punished,” Patrick Asiedu stated.
The match is scheduled to kick off at 3 PM at Golden City Park.
