The Ghanaian International played outstandingly and commanded the backline to help Brendan Rodgers’ side snatch all three points at the King Power Stadium.
Timothy Castagne shot Leicester City ahead after 20 minutes on the clock before James Maddison doubled the lead in the 33rd minute.
Congolese winger Yoane Wissa, however, scored the only consolation goal for Brentford with five minutes to full 90 duration of the game.
Meanwhile, Ghana forward Tariq Fosu played his first ever Premier League game for Brentford in their away loss to Leicester City.
Amartey is expected to arrive in Ghana latest on Monday for Ghana’s 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers play-off tie against the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
