Ghanaian youngster, Mohammed Salisu played was involved in Friday night football as Southampton beat Aston Villa in the Premier League.
The central defender played all 90 minutes with his side recording a narrow victory at home over the Villans.
Adam Armstrong’s third minute strike was enough to seal the maximum points for the Saints as they moved up the league table.
Salisu was impressive once again for Ralph Hassenhuttl’s men but was unfortunate to have picked up a yellow card in the dying embers of the game.
Reacting to the game later, the player highlighted on the win and his fourth clean sheet in the Premier League.
