Former New Edubiase midfielder Nartey Polo Amanor is confident that his club Salitas FC can see off Ashanti Gild in the CAF Confederations Cup.
Nartey insists he is elated with the draw as there is no way the “Miners” can qualify ahead of them to the next stage of the competition.
“I was happy when I heard our CAF Confederations cup opponent is Ashanti Gold SC.” Polo told Pure FM
“We are eliminating them from this year’s Competition. Ashanti Gold is not the Ashanti Gold we know, most of their players have left the club and trust me,we’ll eliminate them.”
Polo, 25, previously also played for Rail Club de Kadiogo as well as Congolese outfit AS Otoho.
