Ghanaian top-flight side Dreams FC have officially announced the signing of experienced defender Samuel Arthur, the Club has announced on Monday evening.
The former Elmina Sharks FC captain has joined the Green and Whites outfit for the upcoming 2022-23 season in Ghana which starts on Friday evening.
He has a vast experience in the Ghana Premier League with his long service at Fearsome Sharks who suffered relegation last season.
