Nations FC defender Emmanuel Boahen has reaffirmed his team’s ambition to secure the Ghana Premier League title this season.
The Abrankese-based club currently sits second on the league table, just one point behind leaders Bibiani Goldstars after 12 matches.
In an interview, Boahen emphasized the team’s determination to maintain their strong form and achieve their title-winning goal.
“Our objective is to win the Ghana Premier League at the end of the season. We are determined to grind out results in our games to better our chances,” he stated.
Boahen has been pivotal to Nations FC’s success, playing a key role in their debut season in the Ghana Premier League last term, where they finished seventh. Serving as captain during that campaign, he earned recognition for his leadership and performances.
After an unsuccessful move during the summer transfer window, the highly-rated defender has returned to contribute to his team’s title charge, adding depth and experience to their squad as they chase their dream of becoming league champions.
