Ghanaian international Thomas Partey has come out with his aspirations for the ongoing English Premier League season.
The tireless enforcer has been lively to watch despite Arsenal’s patchy form which has led them to lose many games.
Partey mentioned that his biggest wish is to go injury free as he continues to adapt himself with the English game.
“The most important thing for me is to stay without injuries.” Partey told the Arsenal media.
“On personal level, I need to improve upon certain areas though everything is under my control.”
“I have to try and keep up to the rhythms of the games.”
“Personally I would rate my performance five or six so far. But with the marks of the (fans) also, I would give myself four.”
“Because there are moments in a game when I can really hurt the other team but there are also moments where, because I’m not yet adapted to the Premier League, maybe I lose a bit of focus and that’s when everything goes down.” He added.
Partey has played eleven games for Arsenal this season scoring one goal.
