Aduana Stars defeated Hearts of Oak at the Nana Agyeman Badu Stadium in Dormaa Ahenkro in Week 13 of the Ghana Premier League. Bright Adjei popularly known as Mr B.B.C scored the winner in the 67th minute for the home side to keep them on top of the league for at least another week.
In a post-match interview, the legendary Bright Adjei revealed how the 1-0 win was. He said, “Playing against Hearts of Oak is not easy.
“Aduana Stars have lost three games consecutively so we could not afford to lose this game. The coaches taught us a lot and we the players decided not to lose again”.
Bright Adjei won the MVP against Hearts of Oak in the 1-0 victory.
