Black Queens gaffer, Bashir Hayford, has heavily rejected the call for Kwesi Appiah should to invite Kevin Prince Boateng back into the Black Stars team.
The ‘controversial’ tactician is against the return of the Sassuolo midfielder into the Black Stars despite his blistering form at club side.
The former Ashgold coach believes Kwesi Appiah knows what is best for him and that people should put a stop to the unnecessary pressure they are giving him.
‘’Why should Kevin Prince Boateng be given a call up?’’ he asked speaking to Takoradi based Aseda FM.
“I don’t understand why that guy should be given a call up because Kwesi Appiah believes in the current team and they should stop putting pressure on him.” Bashir Hayford added.
Boateng, joined Sassuolo in the Summer transfer and has already establish himself in the Italian Serie A, scoring two goals in three Serie A league matches since the start of the new season.
