Former Ghanaian international Laryea Kingston has urged Coach CK Akunnor to institute a good scouting plan if he wants to succeed with the team.
There have been huge public outcry about the way and manner players are scouted and called up for national assignments in recent years.
Laryea who made 46 appearances and scored six goals for the black stars says the main Coach Akunnor should scout for active players not fringe players for national assignments
“I think there should be a good scouting plan in place which will go a long way to help him succeed”
“I say this because during our time ,you could see that all the players that were receiving call ups, were playing regularly in their various teams but that’s not the case now”
“I see some of the players who are called up for national assignments these days and it’s something else because clearly one could see that they even struggle to get more playing time,” Laryea told Starr FM Sports.
