Rwandan referee Rurisa Patience Fidele has been selected to officiate the TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations Group F qualifier between Ghana and Niger.
Fidele, a seasoned FIFA-listed referee with experience in top international and African competitions, will lead a Rwandan officiating team. Dieudonne Mutuyimana has been assigned as Assistant Referee I, Didier Ishimwe as Assistant Referee II, and Jean Claude Ishimwe as the Fourth Official.
Fidele has a strong background in officiating, having managed games in the CAF Champions League, CAF Confederation Cup, and AFCON qualifiers. He also contributed to the 2019 Africa U23 Cup of Nations officiating team and is a regular in Rwanda’s Premier League.
