Ghana Premier League giants Hearts of Oak have officially announced the transfer of talented winger Saani Mohammed to Danish club AC Horsens.

The club shared the news on their social media platforms on Wednesday, January 8, expressing pride in Mohammed’s progress and extending their best wishes for his new journey.

“We announce the transfer of Saani Mohammed to AC Horsens. Your contributions have been invaluable, and we’re proud to have been part of your development. Wishing you the very best in your new chapter,” Hearts of Oak posted on X.

Saani Mohammed, who joined Hearts of Oak in August 2024, made an immediate impact during his short stint with the club. His hard work, dedication, and skill earned him recognition as one of the league’s most promising young talents.

The move to AC Horsens marks a significant step in Mohammed’s career as he ventures into European football. The winger is set to face new challenges and opportunities to further refine his abilities and make a mark on the international stage.
