Ghana’s Division One League Zone Three side Vision FC’s Emmanuel Akansase, Sayibu Yakubu and Kwame Otu has landed in Seinäjoki, forming an exciting trio.
Akansase and Yakubu, having showcased their skills in winter matches, secured spots in the esteemed SJK Academy. Meanwhile, Otu, also signed by the academy, will begin his journey on loan with another club.
The collaboration between SJK and Vision FC extends into the 2024 season, aiming to scout promising talents across Ghana. Emmanuel Akansase, at 19, and Sayibu Yakubu, at 18, emerge from Vision FC’s youth system, venturing to Europe for the first time with this transfer.
Their familiarity with Vision FC since their junior days offers a glimpse into their potential. Meanwhile, 22-year-old Kwame Otu brings a wealth of experience, having represented Ghana’s national team in African Championship qualifiers.
