Ghanaian young forward, Francis Amuzu came from the bench to score for RSC Anderlecht in their away draw against Club Brugge on Sunday in the Belgium Jupiler Pro League.
The 22-year-old Ghanaian forward was on target for the Mauves and Whites on the 73rd minute mark after coming on as a second half substitute to score the equalizer for the away team who were trailing by a lone goal.
Amuzu’s right-footed shot from the center of the box went straight into the bottom right corner following a nice set up by Lior Refaelov to restore parity after Anderlecht went down by a goal 10 minutes into the game.
Wesley Hoedt thought he had won the game for the away team when he scored 10 minutes to the end of the match to make it 2-1.
Five minutes later, Hans Vanaken had other ideas as he scored a beautiful goal to cancel Anderlecht’s lead to make the final score 2-2 with both teams settling for a point.
The 22-year-old Ghanaian forward has played in 18 matches this season for Anderlecht and has 3 goals and 2 assists to his name.
