Defender Ahmed Nuhu Adams has made a return to his former club, Berekum Chelsea, completing a free transfer deal on transfer deadline day.
The Blues secured the services of the former Asante Kotoko SC center-back on Friday, with Adams committing to a one-year contract.
Adams had been without a club since parting ways with the Icelandic club, KFA Austfjarda, earlier this year.
Notably, the 30-year-old was a key figure in the Berekum Chelsea squad that clinched the Ghana Premier League title in the 2010/2011 season.
Furthermore, he played an integral role in the Ghana national team’s victory at the 2017 WAFU Cup of Nations.
