Bechem United’s rising star, Seth Kwadwo, has been awarded the title of the club’s best player for the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season, marking an impressive debut for the talented 21-year-old midfielder.

Seth Kwadwo made a significant impact after joining Bechem United from Asokwa Deportivo at the beginning of the previous season. His remarkable performances quickly made him a fan favorite at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park.

Throughout the season, he featured in 30 out of 34 matches and showcased his playmaking abilities by providing 8 assists. His consistency and outstanding contributions on the pitch earned him five Man of the Match awards, further solidifying his reputation as a top performer.

These remarkable achievements culminated in Seth Kwadwo being honored as the Most Valuable Player (MVP) during Bechem United’s end-of-season awards ceremony, held last Saturday night. Club President Kingsley Owusu Achaw congratulated the young midfielder and presented him with a citation, a generous prize in the form of a NASCO television, and other incentives. These rewards serve as motivation for both him and his teammates to continue their hard work and dedication in the upcoming season.

Under the guidance of Coach Bismark Koby Mensah, Bechem United has been diligently preparing for the new season. They are determined and well-prepared to face the challenges ahead. The team has bolstered its squad with several promising signings, including the return of former players Augustine Okrah and center-back Osei Kuffour.

Bechem United’s campaign in the 2023/24 season kicks off with an away fixture against Nsoatreman FC on Sunday, September 17, 2023. The club’s supporters have high hopes for Seth Kwadwo and the team as they look forward to another exciting season of Ghanaian football.
