Jarrod Bowen, the forward for West Ham United, lauded his teammate Mohammed Kudus as a special player following Kudus’s outstanding performance in their Carabao Cup victory over Arsenal.
Kudus, the Black Stars midfielder, played a pivotal role in West Ham’s 3-1 win over Arsenal at the London Stadium.
Bowen, who had an impressive outing in the match himself, praised Kudus for his remarkable talents, highlighting their similar roles on the right side.
Speaking about Kudus, Bowen said, “He’s a really special player. We are kind of similar in terms of being left-footed wingers on the right side, so when he has the ball, I think about how I can support him or create space for him.”
Bowen emphasized Kudus’s unique qualities and his ability to make a significant impact on the game. He specifically mentioned the goal Kudus scored in the match, highlighting Kudus’s exquisite touch and clinical finish.
Kudus joined West Ham United at the start of the season and has made an impressive start to life at the London Stadium, scoring four goals in his first 12 appearances across all competitions.
