It is seven games in a row that Petro Luanda has not conceded a goal in the CAF Champions League. It will take many years before any team will break that record because keeping a clean sheet is one of the most difficult jobs in football.

At the Stade TP Mazembe in Lubumbashi, TP Mazembe squandered many chances to secure a win against Petro.

A whopping 28 goals attempt was made by TP Mazembe to Petro Luanda’s 2. The Congolese side had 4 shots on goal to the Angolan’s 1.

Lamine Ndiaye will rue the missed opportunity to not finish off Petro Luanda after dominating the game for most of the minutes.

TP Mazembe travels to Angola next week to face the impressive Petro Atletico as they will need to send their scoring boots to Luanda to score to stand a chance of making it to the semi-finals.
