The Ghana U19 boys side are set to participate in a youth tournament in Amsterdam next month, Sportsworldghana.com can exclusively confirm.
The tournament which will be hosted by Ajax Amsterdam in the Netherlands, will see the Ghanaian side testing their strength against Ajax Amsterdam’s youth team, RSC Anderlecht and that of PSV in the international tournament.
Having embark on an European tour recently in Switzerland, towards the players career development, the team will again, have the opportunity to engage the clubs from Belgium and the Netherlands to ensure they gather more European experience.
Management Committee Chairman of the Ghana U19 boys team Lesley Kuku Bartels and his technical team and leadership of the Ghana Football Association have been working hard to improve the team’s development as they hope to make the players smooth transition to the National U20 and the U23 teams in coming years.
