Sadick Adams calls for Deep reforms at Asante Kotoko

Former Asante Kotoko player Sadick Adams has delivered a strong assessment of the club’s current struggles, insisting that the challenges go beyond coaching issues and require deeper structural changes.

Adams stated that the team’s problems should not always be blamed on the technical bench, stressing that leadership changes alone will not fix Kotoko’s difficulties. He explained that the club itself needs a complete overhaul, describing the situation as one that demands what he termed a “full open heart surgery.”

According to the former player, Kotoko’s recent struggles point to underlying issues within the club’s system, culture, and overall management. His comments suggest that without comprehensive reforms, the team may continue to face setbacks regardless of who is in charge of the dugout.

Sadick Adams’ remarks have added to the growing debate among supporters and football analysts about the future direction of Asante Kotoko, especially at a time when expectations remain high and pressure continues to mount on players, management, and officials to restore the club’s dominance in Ghanaian football.
