Carlos Queiroz and his technical staff have been working tirelessly to ensure the Black Stars are in top condition ahead of the FIFA World Cup in June.
In just one month, from April 11 to May 11, the National Team technical staff have demonstrated unwavering commitment to excellence, delivering a comprehensive body of work aimed at elevating Ghana’s football standards.
The initiative forms part of a broader push to build a data-driven, detail-oriented culture within the National Team setup. From scouting and medical monitoring to tactical and fitness analysis, the technical team is laying the groundwork for sustained success.
By the numbers, the month-long effort included:
- 200 complete video reports for individual performance analysis
- 170 matches analysed through live monitoring
- 30 live match observations
- 75players under continuous and systematic scouting observation
- 30 players under direct live observation
- Detailed technical and fitness performance analysis
- Comprehensive medical assessments and monitoring

Ghana have qualified for their fifth FIFA World Cup tournament and have been drawn in Group L alongside Panama, England, and Croatia.
The Black Stars will open their campaign against Panama in Toronto on June 17, before facing England on June 23 and Croatia on June 27.
