The Chief Executive Officer of Ashantigold Sporting Club, Mr Frederick Acheampong, has resigned from his position, Sports World Ghana can report.
The Ghana Football Association Executive Council member, will officially step down from his position at the club on 30th April, 2020.
The ace sports journalist, who spent two years as CEO of the club, thanked the miners, supporters and the executive chairman of the club Dr. Kwaku Frimpong also know as Champion.
Meanwhile, Dr. Kwaku Frimpong, has confirmed Frederick Acheampong’s resignation to Kumasi-based Oyerepa FM.
He says ”Yes it’s true, I have received Achie’s resignation letter and have accepted it as well,”
