Ghana defender Alexander Djiku won the man-of-the-match award after his team’s 2-2 against Stade Brestois on Wednesday night in the French Ligue 1.
Djiku showed confidence in getting the best of his direct opponents. He was quite simply the player who intercepted the most balls (5) and also recovered the most (10).
The Ghanaian international also dominated the ranking of successful tackles (5) and defensive clearances (6).
Djiku scored (28.6%) ahead of his compatriots, Adrien Thomasson and Jean-Eudes Aholou who scored (20.7%) and (19.3%) respectively.
