Accra Lions forward Dominic Amponsah has completed a move to Georgian side FC Dila Gori, marking his debut in European football.

The 18-year-old Ghanaian striker signed a deal with the Erovnuli club during the summer transfer window.

Amponsah’s impressive form with Accra Lions earned him a spot in the European team. He was instrumental in helping the Accra-based club finish second in the last campaign, showcasing his skills and potential.

The young forward joins FC Dila Gori after an outstanding season with Accra Lions, where he scored nine goals and delivered two assists in 43 matches. His impressive performance caught the attention of the Georgian club, who are eager to have him join their team.

FC Dila Gori confirmed Amponsah’s arrival, stating that he will “protect the honor of our club” and immediately play a role in the first team. The talented forward has shown enormous qualities and technical ability as a teenager, making him an exciting addition to the team.

Amponsah becomes the latest player to leave Accra Lions, following the departure of midfielder Emmanuel Dzigbah to Cucaricki in Serbia.
