Obuasi Ashgold SC captain, Hans Kwofie has assured the club’s supporters of a big victory on Sunday at home to Salitas FC.
The Miners will play Burkina Faso side Salitas FC in the 2020-21 first preliminary game of the CAF Confederation Cup competition on Sunday at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium.
In an interview with Accra-based Hot FM, the experienced forward was full of believe and predicted a win for the Yellow and Blacks when they come up against their Burkinabe counter.
Ashantigold are winless in their opening two games into the 2020-21 Ghana Premier League season and would be hoping to kick start their campaign in the CAF Confederation Cup with a win at home before the second leg.
