The coach at the receiving end of Kevin Prince Boateng’s outburst during the 2014 World Cup has admonished the Ghana Football Association(GFA) to give Kevin Prince Boateng another chance if he shows remorse.
Kwesi Appiah was the coach of the Black Stars during the 2014 world cup and was the recipient of a tirade verbal attacks by the former Ac Milan midfielder.
Kevin since then has been ostracized from the team but Kwesi Appiah holds the view that the nation must grant him a pardon if he apologises for his unruly behavior two years ago.
According to him, the utterances of the inform Las Palmas midfielder could hypnotize people to collapse.
“No human being is perfect so if Kevin has shown remorse and wants a return, he should be given the chance to prove himself once more. If I’m to tell you what Kevin Prince Boateng did during the world cup, you all will collapse”.
The issue of Kevin’s return into the Black Stars has divided opinions among Ghanaians. Whiles some believe that he deserves another stint with the Black Stars, a school of thought also believes that he is an ” opportunist” who must never be invited to don the jersey of Ghana.
