AR São Martinho have bolstered their attacking force with the capture of the 24-year old Ghanaian international ahead of the upcoming season.
The ex-Liberty Professional and Mighty Jet midfielder joins the São Martinho do Campo -based club on a two-year contract having successfully passed his mandatory medical on Monday.
Eli, was one of the standout performers at Valadares Gaia FC last season.
He is expected to command a starting berth in the side when the new season kicks off.
