Metz boss Frederic Antonetti has stated that Ghanaian international John Boye is very much in his long term plans.
The 34-year-old central defender has been immense to the fortunes of Metz this season and he has been offered a new deal to sign with his current contract expected to expire this summer.
“He must make his choice before June 30. He’s still showing good things at 34, he’s a player we need. He can be part of the project, a proposal has been made to him. He has a place with us, ” Antonetti emphasized.
Boye who is also the captain of Metz has played 31 games and scored 1 goal in Ligue 1 this season.
