Ghana international, Bernard Tekpetey was on target twice for Ludogorets on Thursday afternoon when they whipped Svoge 3-1 in the round of 16 of the Bulgarian Cup competition.
The former Ghana U-23 striker joined the Bulgarian club last summer in a loan deal from German Bundesliga side Schalke 04.
Despite scoring few goals, Tekpetey has been impressive joining the Bulgarian against.
Tekpetey started the game for the visitors at Svoge in the Bulgarian Cup.
He bagged two goals with his first coming in the 18th minute to put the quests ahead at halftime.
He scored again in the 57th minute to restore the lead for Ludogorets after Deyan Hristov had restored parity for the home side three minutes into the second half to draw level for Svoge.
Claudiu Keseru later in the 60th minute scored to give Ludogorets a 3-1 victory as they sealed passage to the next stage of the Bulgarian Cup.
