Ghanaian star Mohammed Kudus expressed his delight at scoring his first goal for West Ham United.
The forward made his starting debut for the club on Thursday night and contributed to their 3-1 comeback victory against FK TSC Bačka Topola.
In a post-match interview, Mohammed Kudus described the incredible feeling of playing in front of the home fans and securing the win. He assured West Ham United fans that he would continue to give his best for the team.
“It’s very amazing to play in front of guys today. It was incredible and I’m happy that we got the three points.
He praised the incredible support from the fans, even when the team was trailing, and emphasized his commitment to doing his best for the team.
“The support was incredible from the fans even when we were down they kept motivating us and that was great”
“I will keep doing my best for the team like you saw today. That’s what I’m here to do,” Mohammed Kudus said.
The 23-year-old played the full 90 minutes against FK TSC Bačka Topola and received applause from the fans.
