Ghanaian midfielder Richard Boadu has completed a six-month loan move to Libyan side Al Tahadi FC after his parent club, Club Africain, was unable to register him due to Tunisia’s foreign player quota restrictions.
The 26-year-old was initially expected to play a key role in Club Africain’s midfield this season. However, Tunisia’s regulations on foreign players prevented his inclusion in the squad. As a result, the Tunisian club sanctioned his temporary transfer to Al Tahadi FC, which competes in the Libyan Premier League, ensuring he remains active during this period.
Boadu’s loan spell offers him the chance to gain consistent playing time and maintain his form in North African football. Following his stint in Libya, he is expected to return to Club Africain, where he remains part of their long-term plans.
Al Tahadi FC, based in Benghazi, will benefit from the Ghanaian midfielder’s technical ability and tactical intelligence as they aim for a strong finish in the Libyan Premier League. The club has been focused on strengthening its squad for the second half of the season, and Boadu’s arrival adds valuable depth to their midfield.
