Asante Kotoko striker William Opoku Mensah undoubtedly a big contender for the season’s worst miss when he score in his side’s 0-0 game against regional rivals Ashantigold SC at the empty Baba Yara Stadium.
The former Karela United skipper was put through on goal in the second half with goalkeeper Frank Boateng after defender Samed Ibrahim back pass was intercepted but failed in his attempt to dribble past the latter to slot the ball into the net.
