Beşiktaş midfielder Bernard Mensah speaks on his return to the Black Stars team and preparations for the upcoming friendlies with Mali and Qatar.
After a lengthy absence, the 25-year-old returned to the Black Stars set-up and among the 23 players invited for the two warm-up exercises ahead of the Afcon qualifiers double-header against Sudan next month.
Mensah has been rewarded with an invitation to the Black Stars for the first time in five years after his impressive performances for Besiktas in the Super Lig this season.
The former Atletico Madrid midfielder moved to Istanbul from rivals Kayserispor this summer and he has already scored a goal after two matches in the Turkish top-flight.
