Yaw Dankwah, defender for Berekum Chelsea, is targeting a maximum-point haul as his team prepares to face Great Olympics in the Ghana Premier League.
The Bibires are gearing up for a showdown at the Accra Sports Stadium in matchday 31 of the league season this Sunday.
Expressing his determination, the 23-year-old, formerly of Proud United FC, emphasized the importance of approaching the game with the mindset of claiming victory. Dankwah stressed the team’s ambition to secure a top-four finish, highlighting the necessity of consistent hard work in each match.
“Our aim is to finish in the top 4. And to reach such level, you need to work hard game after game. So we will go all out to pick the three maximum points against Great Olympics in order to keep our top four hopes alive,” he stated.
As the season nears its conclusion, Berekum Chelsea currently occupies the eighth position in the league standings, amassing 44 points.
