Chris Hughton, the head coach of the Ghana national team, is preparing to make adjustments to his squad for the upcoming game against Madagascar in the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers.
The Black Stars are scheduled to face Madagascar next month as they continue their journey in the AFCON tournament. While most of the players who were part of the squad for the games against Angola in March are available, some have suffered injuries or are currently out of form.
Due to these circumstances, Coach Chris Hughton will be compelled to make changes to his squad for the upcoming game against Madagascar.
Several notable players, including striker Antoine Semenyo, midfielder Daniel Kofi Kyereh and defenders Mohammed Salisu and Tariq Lamptey, are expected to miss the match.
Ghana will be aiming for victory in the AFCON qualifier against Madagascar to enhance their chances of finishing as group winners. A win in this game would also likely secure their qualification for the next AFCON tournament, which is scheduled to be held in Ivory Coast.
