West Bromwich Albion star Brandon Thomas- Asante is attracting interest from Premier League clubs Ipswich Town, Leicester City and Southampton who are all looking to strengthen their attacking machinery for the upcoming new season.

Sportsworldghana.com can exclusively report that Asante who ended the season by scoring 12-goals for West Bromwich Albion, is being considered for a potential Summer signing with his club willing to let him go at the right price.

Meanwhile, Our sources further reveal that Everton are also interested in signing the former  Milton Keynes Dons and Salford City striker.

Ipswich Town manager Kieran McKenna, we understand wants to sign the Ghanaian international on loan for their debut Premier League campaign while, Premier League returnees Leicester City and Southampton are hoping to sign on permanent basis.

Asante, 25, is currently in Ghana with the Black Stars team, having received his maiden international call-up by manager Otto Addo for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier ties against Mali and the Central African Republic later this month.

The West Bromwich Albion forward is one of two new players to be named in the latest squad with the other being Cagliari midfielder Ibrahim Sulemana.

Thomas-Asante would be hoping to impress the Black Stars technical team and the entire Ghanaian fans when offered opportunity to feature in the two crucial qualification games especially in the absence of Athletic Club striker Inaki Williams who messed the squad due to injury.
