King Faisal FC on Saturday defeated Adjoafuaman FC in the MTN FA Cup to extend their good form in the ongoing 2024/5 season.
The Insha Allah boys’ unbeaten streak continued with a deserving 2-0 triumph at home – Ejisu Okese Park over Adjoafuaman FC in 2024/25 MTN FA Cup preliminary stage.
With Mohamed Tetteh Nortey getting them underway from the spot, Nasiru Ebla Osman ensured he doubled the lead, for Faisal as it propelled them to the next phase of the competition. Though, their triumph on Saturday over Adjoafuaman FC is their first at home this season, it extends their unbeaten streak to five matches in all competition.
King Faisal FC after picking a vital away win in Nzema over Nzema Kotoko in the Access Bank Division One League were winless in their last three matches, sharing points in two home fixtures and one home game.
Nonetheless, the club maintained their calm to stretch their unbeaten run to five matches following Sunday’s victory over Adjoafuaman FC.
