The Ghanaian forward’s 72nd minute header ended West Ham’s season on a high note as they came from behind to win 2-1 at Burnley on Sunday afternoon.
It was the first away victory for the Hammers since February.
Sam Vokes opened scoring for the host on the 23rd minute before Sofiane Feghouli levelled things up for West Ham United four minutes later.
Burnley could not control the game let alone restoring their lead in the game as Andrew Ayew scored on the 72nd minute to secure all points for Slaven Bilic’s side.
The Hammers finished the season on 11th position with 45 points .
